We’re so proud to announce that Oneflor just turned 10. 10 years of design, innovation, and timeless floors. A decade of growth, passion, and design excellence. What began 10 years ago with 5 people in a small office has grown into a full, expanding team, working on many exciting projects in the pipeline. On this occasion, our Managing Director, Hervé Paugain, shares his perspective on the past decade and the years to come.   Looking back over the past 10 years, what do you think has truly made Oneflor strong? From the very beginning, we have built our development on a clear three-pillar approach: service / an experienced and motivated team / a simple, stable and transparent strategy. Service: from the outset, our investments have been heavily focused on maximising product availability — and this remains true today. Experienced and motivated team: our first hires were experts in their respective fields, all driven by a shared desire to be part of a meaningful human adventure. Our team stands out for its professional ethics and constant commitment. Simple, stable and transparent strategy: we have always honored our commitments and the agreements made with our partners, enabling us to build strong, long-term trust with our customers over the years. Our work involves many partners: clients, suppliers, installers, and architects. How have these relationships shaped our success? We have built long-lasting relationships with our clients — but not only with them. All stakeholders across the supply chain have been working with us for many years and have a deep understanding of our requirements and constraints. Our internal and external organisation is highly structured and efficient, allowing us to effectively navigate the many challenges of an increasingly complex international environment. What are we most proud of delivering consistently to our customers over the last decade? The majority of the clients we acquired during our early years are still with us today. Strong and lasting relationships have been built over time, and this trust is undoubtedly one of our greatest sources of pride. What is your vision for the next 10 years, and how do we plan to continue being a strong partner for our clients and suppliers? We aim to become a global partner in the LVT segment. By “global,” we mean a multi-solution, multi-channel approach. While continuing to strengthen our distribution offer, we will introduce new innovative modular product ranges and expand our presence across numerous European markets. Stay tuned in the coming months to discover these new solutions.

Designed for Play For this installation, we used Walnut Natural from our Eco 55 range. Walnut Natural brings a rich, wood-like finish that adds natural warmth to the space while maintaining a vintage look, right at home in a farm shop. Built to Last Eco 55 is a dry back LVT flooring developed for demanding commercial environments.
